Frequently asked questions
I don't know the reference number - all I have is the old part. What should I do?
If you can remove the part, photograph it from a few angles on a flat surface - a tape measure next to it helps a lot. Send the photos and any dimensions you know via the contact form; we identify the match in the catalogue and reply with the reference.
I see locks and hinges come in right / left versions. How do I know which one I need?
Right- and left-hand parts have separate references in the catalogue. If you're not sure, leave the choice to us: send a photo of the door from outside and tell us which way it opens, and we take it from there.
Do the products come from the brand's own channel?
Aris Makina is not a manufacturer: we are the official Turkish distributor of MRF, GEBHARDT and Co.Par, and a supply partner for Suer products. Products are sourced through the brands' own channels; the Suer programme includes Suer's own S-Line brand as well as products from manufacturers such as JOST. Datasheets and the brands' published certificates are openly available on the site, so you can check them before buying.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and quantity: we source from the brands' facilities in Europe. Rather than guessing, we state the lead time in writing in the quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It can vary by product and brand. Even if you need a single piece, just ask - the applicable quantities and terms are stated clearly in the quote.
Do you deliver anywhere in Türkiye?
Yes - that's why we ask for the delivery location along with the quantity when you request a quote. The shipping method and terms for your address are set out in the quote.
