The wheeled and pallet-base arrangements are shown on page 3 of the GEBHARDT TBX brochure. The needs-analysis form (Turkish) also asks about liquid-prone goods, crate dimensions and available handling equipment. These inputs determine which product data to compare.
Volume alone does not establish fit
Check external dimensions against the vehicle door and usable body space; check internal dimensions with the actual crates, plates and shelves. Request the empty mass and the applicable project drawing before ordering. The flyer and GEBHARDT's English technical brochure differ by a few millimetres on some external dimensions under the same model names; confirm the quoted model's dimensions rather than combining values from the two tables.
What to send for a route assessment
- Product and packaging: required temperature range, loading temperature, crate dimensions and liquid-management needs.
- Journey: total time including waiting, distance, stop count, container openings and peak summer ambient conditions.
- Load and handling: goods mass and volume, vehicle/body and door dimensions, ramps, forklift or pallet truck availability.
- Depot: available freezer temperature, preparation capacity, dispatch frequency and return timing for containers and plates.

Preparation, duration and documents
Load goods already at their required shipping condition. Container pre-cooling and plate freezing are separate preparation steps; their setpoints are not universal product temperatures. The GEBHARDT plate paper specifies preparation below the plate's melting point and airflow gaps. Check complete preparation and the selected system's instructions before dispatch.
GEBHARDT's up-to-24-hours statement applies to specified Isotec conditions. Product, starting temperature, fill level, ambient conditions and openings affect duration. An assessment provides inputs for the route trial and monitoring plan; it does not replace measurements on the intended shipment.
