Personal Data Protection - Privacy Notice
This notice explains, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how the personal data you share through the contact form on our website is processed.

2. Personal Data Processed
When you submit the contact form or the product configurator, the following data is processed: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery city, message subject and message content; in the configurator also the product parameters you selected and the quantity.
The form only asks for the information required to answer your request; no additional documents or special categories of data are requested.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to answer your inquiries and quotation requests, to contact you and to manage the quotation process.
Your data is not used for marketing, and is never sold or rented to third parties.
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).
5. Transfers
Data submitted via the form is delivered to our company e-mail through our e-mail infrastructure and is viewed only by the relevant staff.
Your data is not transferred abroad; it is shared with competent authorities only where a legal obligation arises.
6. Retention Period
Data related to your request is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the request is closed; if a commercial relationship is established, the statutory limitation periods apply.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request notification of these operations to third parties, to object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation in case of damage.
