The first question when choosing an Isotec TBX is not the temperature regime but the size: the container has to pass the vehicle door, turn on the ramp and take your crates inside. The table below repeats the values from GEBHARDT's Turkish product page; on this site those numbers have a single source, and every page reads the size table from that one place.

The table falls into two groups. Sizes 410-795 stand on Ø125 mm castors and are moved by hand: store delivery, the last metres from ramp to door, narrow aisles. Sizes 900-1500 sit on a pallet base of hot-dip galvanised steel, are picked up from all four sides by forklift or pallet truck and run on conveyor lines.
External or internal dimensions?
They answer two different questions. External dimensions concern the vehicle door, the lift, the aisle and the ramp. Internal dimensions concern crates, shelves and plates: calculate what fits inside from the external figures and you will be wrong.
The difference is the insulation layer. On the TBX 725 the external width is 757 mm and the internal width 604 mm: the two walls together take 153 mm. The difference in height also covers the castors, the base and the lid.
- Measure the interior height and door opening of the vehicle and compare them with the external size
- Measure ramp, lift and aisle width: the container has to be able to turn
- Note the size of the crates you carry and compare it with the internal size
- On pallet-based sizes check the fork spacing of your forklift
Wheeled sizes: 410-795
All four carry 500 kg. Castor diameter is Ø125 mm; one person can push the container, indoors and in tight spaces. This group is built around the last step of a delivery route: off the vehicle and straight into the shelf aisle or the cold room.
Pallet-based sizes: 900-1500
All five carry 700 kg. The base is a hot-dip galvanised steel pallet with four-way entry, which lets the container work with forklifts, pallet trucks and conveyor systems. These are the volumes you move along a line rather than one by one by hand.
What goes inside
Depending on the inner tub, up to five product shelves can be used; the shelves are dimensioned for standard Euro crates, and E1, E2 and E3 crates fit every size. The rails under the lid take up to six eutectic plates - that is where the cold comes from, sitting above the load.
The body
The construction is aluminium profile and steel: the container stays light and resists corrosion. Galvanised steel bumpers take the knocks at the corners. The standard colour is blue; custom colours and a printed logo are available on request.
