An Isotec container is not a single-piece box: the equipment fitted inside decides what job it does. This page brings together the parts that go inside the container, the equipment used at the depot and the repair side - including which part fits which size.
Fitted inside the container

Beyond these, fixed rails, a removable wire shelf, a document pocket, an extra pull-and-lift handle and an external thermometer that reads the inside temperature without opening the lid can be requested.
Used at the depot: freezing racks
A freezing rack goes into the freezer, not into the container: it leaves an air gap between plates so cold air circulates freely and the plate freezes through. It is listed in two sizes.

Optional equipment
Three items are fitted on request, at extra cost: an external thermometer, a branding area matched to your corporate identity, and a document pocket. The standard colour is blue; custom colours and a printed logo can also be requested.
Repair and warranty
GEBHARDT gives 24 months' warranty from the purchase date. Many elements on the welded and bolted joints can be replaced, so a damaged container is not automatically scrap. For repairs GEBHARDT works with SAL GmbH, which specialises in thermal-container repair.
Cleaning
The container is cleaned by hand, with a high-pressure washer or in an automatic wash bay. The cleaner recommended by GEBHARDT is Calvatis CF315: it removes residue, does not corrode the tray and does not spoil the look over repeated washes. By design no water reaches the insulation layer, so washing does not shorten its life.
