Who does what
The split is clear: manufacturing and product development sit with GEBHARDT; working out the application, arriving at the right configuration, technical support in Turkish and supply sit with us. Together with GEBHARDT's engineers in Germany, Aris Makina carries out the required thermal analyses, identifies the right solution for your application and provides technical guidance throughout the process. Figures such as plate count and holding time we do not invent - they come out of the calculation.
What the range covers
- Isotec TBX insulated container, nine sizes: 410-1500 litres
- Isotec TBX Seafood: meltwater tray at the base and a rear drain
- Eutectic plates: four melting points, three body sizes

What a quote is based on
Three things are settled in a quote: configuration, quantity and current terms. We publish no price list, because the same size of container with different interior equipment is a different product, and terms change with quantity. To request a quote, this is enough:
- The goods carried and the temperature regime.
- The model and size if you know them; if not, the volume carried per trip.
- Quantity.
- Route time and number of stops.
- Delivery location.
Adding the vehicle's interior dimensions, your crate size and the temperature of your freezer shortens the selection stage - the selection guide sets out which fact determines what.
Technical support is local
We work the application through in Turkish: which size fits the vehicle, which plate regime suits your goods, whether the freezing capacity at your depot keeps up with the rotation. Questions that arise later in a running system - spare parts, completing accessories, repair - come to us as well.
A note on brand confusion
There are companies in Türkiye carrying the Isotec name that have nothing to do with this product family. Every page in this section describes GEBHARDT's Isotec® product family; to keep search results unambiguous we write the brand as GEBHARDT Isotec throughout.
Who uses it in the field
The GEBHARDT reference list includes Coop, SPAR and Weiling. Bäckerei Büsch has been a customer since 2014 and runs more than 3,000 Isotec TBX in its daily logistics. These are references published by GEBHARDT; we publish no list of users from Türkiye, because we do not use our customers' names without permission.
