Business type alone does not determine the right container. A retailer, dairy or fish business can have different product dimensions, doorways, routes and cleaning needs. Define the task first, then narrow candidates using GEBHARDT model data.

Collect load and handling details

Record product conditions, crate or carton dimensions, total mass, loading clearance, stacking arrangement and whether movement uses a forklift, pallet truck or manual handling. For wet loads, assess an inner tub and drainage; for differing product conditions, consider separate containers.

Match catalogue dimensions to the application

The GEBHARDT TBX catalogue lists models with volumes from 410 to 1,500 L. Volume alone does not show usable payload or transport duration. Verify internal dimensions, doorway clearance, airflow space around the load, base type and permitted load from the selected model's technical data.

Validate thermal selection separately

Specify plate type and quantity from product requirements, load starting condition, waiting time, route and openings. Model volume or a sector match is not a temperature-performance guarantee; validate delivery conditions with a trial using the actual load and records.
