The Aris Makina TBX needs-analysis form (Turkish) brings product, trip, load, vehicle and freezer information into one enquiry. Distinguish measured inputs from estimates. An unknown door clearance or preparation time should remain an open item until checked.
Check these before requesting a quote
- Define the goods: permitted lower and upper temperatures, loading temperature, package dimensions, mass and liquid-management needs.
- Map the trip: waiting from preparation to final delivery, stops, which TBX lid opens for how long, and outside conditions.
- Measure the vehicle: usable floor, internal height, narrowest door clearance and restraint space. Draw the product-crate layout inside the TBX separately.
- Record handling: loaded mass, floor, slope, lift or ramp, forklift/pallet-truck access and equipment capacity.
- Map the depot cycle: container and plate return, cleaning/inspection, freezing start, readiness criterion and next departure.

Choose size and base together
The GEBHARDT TBX brochure distinguishes wheeled and pallet-base models. Assess wheels for movement by hand over the last metres, or a pallet base for forklift, pallet-truck or conveyor handling. Check loaded mass, floor and access before selecting; the base name alone does not establish compatibility with every site.
Use the shared table in the size and model guide. Because the flyer and some GEBHARDT brochures list different dimensions, confirm the project drawing for the quoted model. Check product space after shelves and plates are fitted, empty mass and vehicle loading limits together.
Product temperature and plate melting point are separate values
Do not automatically assign a -3 °C plate to fresh goods or a colder plate to every frozen load. Assess the options in the GEBHARDT plate paper against product limits, container and layout. Separately prepared containers can carry different regimes on one vehicle; define each container's load and monitoring plan.
Plan container and plate pools separately
A container can be clean and available while its plates are still freezing. For bodies, calculate concurrent use and return timing; for plates, separate the per-container recipe from the total preparation pool. A two-day cycle does not automatically require twice the plates in every operation.
GEBHARDT freezing racks leave airflow gaps between plates. Rack storage capacity and the freezer's ability to prepare those plates before departure are different checks. Plate type, actual freezer temperature and full solidification are covered in the preparation guide.
Keep the enquiry and quotation consistent
Add measurement photos and the trip schedule to the needs form (Turkish). The quote should identify the model/drawing, base, fittings, plate code/quantity, preparation conditions and route assumptions.
