Can I replace just the worn part instead of buying a complete lock?
Yes - that's exactly what the spare-parts category of the MRF range is for: tongues, springs, bushes and pins for the 16-27 mm lock series are sold under their own references. Send a photo of the old part and we'll find the right reference.
Only the fixed end of our strap has worn out. Do I have to buy a complete strap?
No - in two-part systems the fixed end (Festende) is sold separately: if the other part is sound, you replace only the worn end. Take care not to mix series; the LC/STF values are on the label, and our blog has a detailed comparison guide.
Which tube diameters do the mudguard fixing kits cover?
We list separate kits for Ø 42 and Ø 54 mm support tubes; the kit contents are stated on the product pages. If you're not sure of your diameter, send a photo and measurement of the existing tube and we'll confirm the right kit with the quote.
