The outward appearance of frozen dough alone does not prove its transport history. Make the batch traceable across dispatch, route and first storage at the bakery.

Record lot and product ID, package condition, approved storage instructions, pack-out, logger or approved indicator ID, dispatch time, stops and handoff time. Distinguish a product measurement from ambient data.
Before dispatch, confirm freezer capacity in the bakery's receiving area and that the recipient is ready. Add ramp waiting and transfer times to the record; use the written fallback plan if capacity is unavailable.
For an alarm, damaged package or suspected thawing, segregate the lot, retain raw logger files and photos, and notify the quality lead. Appearance, baking result or refreezing alone does not establish suitability.
Release, return or other disposition follows current product instructions and authorised quality assessment.
