Deformation after hot washing cannot be diagnosed from one water-temperature value. Chemistry, contact time, mechanical action, loading, and container material may all matter. Review wash-line records together with equipment condition.
Select a small batch under the model instructions and record its condition before washing. After the cycle, let containers cool and dry, then inspect cracks, warping, joint damage, lid fit, and stack alignment using the same checklist.
Match batch ID with water temperature, chemical type and dose, contact time, line speed, and drying conditions. If damage recurs with a particular cycle or setting, hold that batch from use and notify the technical and wash-line leads.
Do not continue by simply lowering temperature or chemical dose. Any change must stay within product instructions and the site's validated cleaning procedure; recheck cleaning effectiveness using the designated method.
