To interpret a temperature chart, first identify where and with which device the measurement was made. A record that does not show its relation to the product may not represent the entire shipment.
Include logger ID, calibration status, sampling interval, clock setting, placement photo and raw data export. If the file was processed, record what changed and by whom.
Link the chart to batch code, loading and delivery times, route events, packaging layout and receipt checks. If logger and vehicle-control records differ, preserve both and explain the discrepancy.
Separate known facts, uncertainties and data gaps in an excursion review. Do not derive product acceptance or release criteria from the logger chart yourself.
Records may support technical and contractual review; evidentiary weight depends on the full file and applicable rules. Retain the source file when reporting the event to the customer, carrier or quality team.
