Tray count alone does not show daily capacity. The key is cycle time with your product and loading pattern.
For a supplier trial, define product type, thickest piece, starting condition, tray layout and acceptance criterion in writing. Record loading, unloading and defrost separately from cycle time.
Compare peak-period volume with the cycle record. If output falls short, inspect loading, shift use and bottlenecks before increasing machine size.
