An agency announcement alone does not show every cold-chain requirement in force today. First check its date and the products or activities it covers, then compare it with current guidance and legislation on the same subject.

The cold chain basics provide the common ground that turns a claim into a measured, recorded process.

From announcement to workflow

Find the subject explicitly covered in your procedure: receipt, temperature monitoring, transport records or excursion assessment. Match the document title and version, responsible person and retained evidence on one line. If the announcement is outside your scope, do not assume it creates a new obligation for you.

For an inspection review, place the announcement beside the current official text and identify the requirement that applies to your organisation's role. If current practice differs from the older text, record the source and effective date of the change.

The TİTCK announcement archive is a starting point; current product storage conditions and the organisation's applicable GDP duties need separate verification. This article is not a legal interpretation or a compliance decision.
