Transport planning for brined cheese uses more than cheese mass alone. Product description, brine and packaging should appear together in the dispatch plan.
Lot and load record. Match cheese variety, lot, brine formulation/pack, container or tin count and manufacturer transport instructions to the order. Record cheese-plus-brine net weight, packaging and pallet gross separately on scale records.
At loading and receipt, photograph lid, leakage, deformation and stacking condition. Take transport criteria from product specification and buyer plan; do not infer a temperature threshold from brine behaviour.
If measurement is required, record sensor location and device ID. If damage or a condition deviation occurs, hold the lot with its records and ask quality to document the disposition before release.
