For the same tomato lot, record harvest, shade, loading, market receipt and entry into suitable storage times. Compare shipments by period and route to identify the longest wait and its owner. Do not assume a fixed twenty-four-hour window outside supplier terms and buyer quality criteria.
To measure a crate's journey through the day, log times against one lot ID: harvest, first shade, vehicle loading, market receipt and store entry.
At each point, add waiting location, responsible team and any product reading. The record can show recurring delays; it cannot calculate remaining shelf life by itself.
Change collection, booking or receiving order at the longest wait, then track the same fields again.
