Seeing the target temperature in a cold room does not show that every rack is under the same conditions. Base product placement on mapping results so the warmest and coldest measured points inform the decision.
Show these items on the layout plan
Mark the door, supply and return vents, rack rows, sensors and product zones on a simple plan. Keep the airflow clearances in the equipment instructions. If pallets or cartons block an air opening, correct the layout and date the change.
Match the measurement points in the mapping report to product locations. Areas near the door or racks with weaker airflow may need specific monitoring if the report identifies them. Do not assume the same clearance or rack arrangement suits every room.
Recheck after a change
A new rack, higher stacking, evaporator work or a changed product zone can affect airflow. Keep the old and new plans, then document the assessment under the site’s approved qualification and monitoring process.
