A quality checklist alone does not define audit expectations or legal duties. Derive scope from product requirements, customer contracts, site procedures and applicable official rules.

For each line, state what is checked, who does it, which record supports it and who is notified after a deviation.

Depending on use, assess container identity, damage, lid and gasket, cleaning, instrument status and dispatch temperature records.

Link measurement or calibration records to instrument ID, method, date and evidence of validity. Do not list an inapplicable document as universally required.

Define record naming and access rights; test whether a relevant record can be found in a real audit or internal review.

Review the list after deviations and changes. Remove obsolete items and identify the owner and effective date for new checks.
