Aluminium body profiles are selected for different functions. Identify the application first, then match the vehicle and body interface; do not order by material or appearance alone.
Rear protection. Define the application and vehicle scope. Check current part code, length, attachment and any approval information against the product drawing and body-builder requirements.
Lamp carrier
Verify lamp type, plate lighting, wiring and mounting-hole compatibility with the existing body. State clearly whether you need a machined or wired version.
Lashing rail
Check the rail length and mounting surface along with compatible fittings and load-securing requirements in the technical document. Do not assign a capacity to an unlabelled or incompatible part.
Door hardware
For hinges or locks, measure door dimensions, opening direction, attachment arrangement and seal interface. Compare the code and drawing with existing hardware.
Before requesting a quote
Send body dimensions, a photo, part code and finishing or machining needs to the supplier. Do not assume product dimensions or load values without the current drawing and written application confirmation.
