If liquid leakage is observed, record where it came from and where it spread; observation alone is not a product decision.

Identify and separate the affected carton; visually check nearby packs too.

Record pack and lot IDs, leak location, affected surfaces and actions taken.

If it recurs. If the same pack leaks again, send the event record to the packing point as well as recording cleanup.
