In a half-full container the air volume grows, cartons can shift and the point a sensor sees changes, so a plate layout validated for a full load does not give the same result at partial load.
Treat each fill level as a separate scenario: restrain the load, keep the airflow path open and place the plates according to a validated diagram. Do not use random filler.
If a deviation appears only at low fill, do not generalise the full-load validation; set up a separate standard layout for partial loads and record it with the delivery result.
