For an avoided-loss claim, show the measurement scope, matched comparison baseline and actual product disposition.

Short answer

Set a baseline matched for product, route, period and loss definition. Do not treat a temperature deviation alone as product loss; record the authorized product decision and actual disposition. For FLW measurement, state scope, period and method, then report only the documented difference.

Do not automatically count every protected kilogram as avoided loss or emissions.
