Completing a training record does not by itself show that a worker can perform a critical task. Link each task to its procedure and verify the skill through a short observation close to the real workflow.

Training becomes behaviour when cold chain basics are translated into the work of each role.

Match roles to tasks

List the tasks performed by warehouse, dispatch, driver, pharmacy and quality roles. For each task, identify the applicable instruction and who receives an escalation. Assess only work the employee actually performs.

In a delivery simulation, observe whether the employee matches lot and time, retrieves the logger file and identifies product for segregation under the defined procedure when a discrepancy appears. If using real product or records, use a quality-approved scenario.

Record date, role, task, observation result and follow-up action. Practise any missed step and observe it again. Do not assume one training interval or legal obligation; check the current organizational procedure and applicable requirements.
