Area-based quotes are comparable only when panel build and work scope match. First agree on wall, roof and, where applicable, floor dimensions, openings and room use on a shared drawing.

Specify panel thickness, core type, facing and manufacturer-documented performance separately. Do not treat different product specifications as equivalent under one area price.

Mark line by line whether doors and frames, corner and joint profiles, seals, fixings, delivery, lifting and installation are included.

Ask how area is calculated: net surface, treatment of openings, and where cut waste and additional parts are listed. Keep the answer with the quotation.

Decide from the complete scope against the same drawing and specification, not the initial figure alone. Keep different performance or installation assumptions visible in the comparison.
