A summer average does not show a route's sun exposure, stops or lid openings. Read local records alongside the conditions of the actual load when choosing equipment.
Find the difficult day in the records
Keep ambient and product-zone readings on the same timeline. Mark sun exposure, loading time, stops and openings; an average can hide brief excursions.
Separate routes and loads
Do not combine different products, container sizes and delivery patterns into one measurement. Record the conditions associated with a deviation and follow the product's acceptance procedure.
Match supplier evidence
Ask about the test load, ambient conditions, opening pattern and measurement location in a quote. If they do not match your route, do not treat the result as a direct capacity estimate.
Update the plan
Review shade, loading time or delivery frequency during hours when records show strain. Monitor the revised setup and compare it at the same measurement points.
