If a sensor goes silent mid-route, the time between the last valid reading and the first new record is unmeasured time. Drawing a line between the two points adds a measurement that is not in the record; write down the start and end time of the gap and mark it as not measured.
Only independent evidence fills the gap: a second logger, door-opening events, product temperature measured at delivery. The TİTCK Good Distribution Practice Guide requires that a medicine in transit be shown not to have been exposed to conditions that could damage its quality (section 10.1); without that evidence the load cannot be said to have stayed within limits.
