How should a thermal container handover be recorded at a branch?

A handover record shows who has the container and its observed condition.

Clarify receipt. Assign the receiving role in advance. Record container ID, handover time and observed condition in a record used by both parties.

If goods or the container move to cold storage, record when that movement is complete; a signature alone does not show location.
