Choose chamber count from block dimensions and batch separation needs; it does not by itself determine cheese-ripening results.
Its catalogue illustrates single-chamber metal and wood frames alongside a two-chamber metal build. These are configurable examples; request dimensions for the actual packaged blocks and line.
Use production records to identify block sizes, batch quantities and products that must not be mixed. Compare the manufacturer's internal dimensions and divider layout with physical blocks, then count usable positions.
During a trial load, note unused space in a single chamber, usable sections in a double chamber and balance with partial loads. If batches stay separate, test labeling, traceability and cleaning steps too.
Before ordering, confirm the exact model's load, stacking, divider and cleaning instructions in writing. Geometry and structural conditions govern stacking height; do not assume a universal tier count. Chamber count does not guarantee ripening performance.
