Plan the peak bottleneck rather than treating checklist omission as the default solution. Required checks come from the facility SOP and product instructions.
Separate before work begins
Mark checks that must be complete before dispatch on the approved list.
Assign an owner and completion-record field to each check.
Sequence the flow
Map vehicle loading order, check stations and delivery appointments in one plan.
If capacity is short
Reallocate staff or loading stations; assign work requiring authority or training only to qualified people.
If a check cannot be completed, follow the hold/escalation rule; do not mark it complete.
Measure after the peak
Log queue start/end, waiting vehicle count and which check station was delayed.
Correct the recurring cause
For a repeated bottleneck, review shift start, station capacity and vehicle arrival plan together.
Planned flexibility does not itself waive a legal, product or SOP-required check.
