How should a delivery box be loaded for yoghurt and ayran?

Yoghurt and ayran travel below 6 °C. In the box, cup seals are protected from top load and bottles from tipping; dividers and route order follow pack shape.

Short answer

Restrain bottles upright and keep cups on a separate layer with no load on top. Trial with the actual load that dividers do not block the lid or the cold-air path, and show route order by label.

Fermented milk products are kept below 6 °C through transport and sale (Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Fermented Milk Products 2022/44, Article 17). In the box a bottle can tip over and a cup seal can open under top load; arrange the two on separate layers.

Restrain bottles upright.
Put no load on the cups; trial that the divider blocks neither the lid nor the cold-air path.
Show route order by label so the load need not be unpacked for the first delivery.
