Separate condensation label damage from actual food loss

An unreadable label can affect traceability; it does not alone prove food loss. Record the finding, measurement and actual discarded quantity separately.

Log label condition, position, condensation and lot. Assess goods independently under procedure. Count actual discards as loss; state period and method. A hold is not disposal.

Label damage is a traceability finding; alone, it does not show that goods are lost or unsuitable.
