Trace loads on site from receipt to outbound vehicle. Assign distinct positions for inspection, pending decisions and dispatch-ready goods; account for product handling conditions and access risks.
Use temporary markings and log where pallets wait, repeat moves, misrouting and forklift or pallet-truck crossings. Keep movement paths clear.
Adjust the layout using records from a shift trial. If product conditions cannot be maintained while waiting, consult the product procedure for the responsible owner and approved holding method.
