Royal jelly and pollen are different products; transport conditions should not be assumed to match for fresh, dried, or processed forms. Use the specification for the batch instead of a generic cold-chain recommendation.
For each batch, record product name and form, lot number, harvest or processing time, packaging type, destination, and transit time. Transfer storage and transport conditions from the label, supplier specification, or buyer specification to the record.
If the specification requires temperature or moisture monitoring, link instrument ID, measurement location, time, and data file to the batch. Confirm the method with the product owner; appearance alone is not proof of quality.
Pilot with the actual packaging, loading, and route. Compare dispatch and receipt records, deviations if any, and packaging condition. Let the quality lead determine whether the product is acceptable for use.
