A nationwide sales plan should start with product characteristics. Group products by storage instructions, fragility, leakage risk and expected condition at delivery.
For each group, trial the box, inner support, closure and any needed temperature control with an actual load. Include waits and delivery handling on a distant or transfer-heavy route.
For pilot shipments, collect dispatch and delivery times, packaging condition, damage and product-appropriate monitoring records. Separate results by product and route; an overall average can hide a weak lane.
Put product code, materials, arrangement and closure steps in the packing instruction. Check whether trial evidence still applies when product, packaging or carrier changes.
If recipients need storage or inspection guidance, include wording approved by the product owner. Feed returns and damage records into the next packaging review.
