An insulated box does not mean the carrier provides refrigerated service. First establish from the carrier's official service terms whether the selected option is an ordinary parcel route or temperature-controlled delivery. ISO 23412:2020 covers indirect refrigerated land parcel service, not a passive package cooled by its own packs.
Get the product's permitted range and allowable transit conditions from the quality owner. Test a route-like shipment with the selected box, coolant, load and starting temperature; place a logger at product level and keep minimum and maximum readings through delivery.
Record transfers, weekend delays and failed delivery attempts during the initial trial. If those events were absent from the test profile, do not generalize the result to them.
