Test handling-unit IDs, order-destination matching, movement timestamps and exception records in the real flow.
Verify that the system records product and lot, case or pallet ID, origin, destination order, location, time and event status. Trial scans, mismatches, split or merged loads and offline corrections. Trace a sample movement against its documents end to end; operations should approve correction rights and audit history.
Cross-docking software should show where a handling unit came from and which order it serves throughout movement. Map current receiving and dispatch steps first.
