How to select a thermal container for chocolate transport

Assess product specification, packaging and route measurements together; avoid assuming colder is always better.

Short answer

Use the manufacturer's stated conditions for the chocolate and its packaging; do not assume a universal cooling target. In a route trial, record product-adjacent sensor data, air readings, and delivery appearance and packaging findings separately. Refer deviations or damage for authorized product disposition.

Protecting chocolate does not mean creating the coldest possible environment.
