Floor assessment for a wheeled container fleet depends on how the load transfers to castors and on the travel path, as well as container weight. A floor-finish label alone does not prove capacity.

Give the designer measurable inputs. Share loaded and empty container weight, castor arrangement, contact information, threshold and joint locations, and expected traffic frequency. Verify floor finish and structural slab limits against project documents and have a qualified professional assess suitability.

Record early signs in use

On a trial route, log cracks, surface crushing, joint damage, vibration and castor wear against container and route IDs. If findings concentrate at one point, repair that transition first and inspect again under similar traffic.
