Before selection, have drivers, warehouse and receiving staff perform their tasks with candidate containers. Ask and observe task-specific issues with grip, pushing, lid, stacking, cleaning and tight access. Record participant, task, model and findings; assign design or training changes to an owner and recheck them.
Procurement can assess catalogue dimensions, while field users see problems in actual transport and handoff tasks. Bring both into the same trial.
Have staff from different roles move loaded and empty units, open lids, stack them and perform cleaning. Link observations and suggestions to each model.
Record user findings, action owner and retest outcome in the decision table. Stopwatch time alone does not prove safety or temperature suitability.
