Track deposits by dispatch cohort and defined return window. At window close, divide returned containers by those issued; keep cohorts separate and show late returns distinctly.

Measure physical returns by dispatch cohort, separately from money collected.

Define the cohort

Link dispatch date and container ID to return owner, point and window.

Read the result. At window close, calculate returned units against units issued in that cohort. Do not report open windows as completed cohorts.
