Compare direct store delivery (DSD) with a central-depot model for the same product and area. Record stops, distance, dock waiting and accepted quantity for each route.
Specify who owns returns, order changes and product records in the agreement. For chilled goods, define the receipt check and who decides when a deviation occurs.
Calculate total transport and handling cost per product from current order records. Do not generalise one route or product group's result to the whole network.
