At receipt, match product name, lot, quantity and delivery-note details. Record package damage or wetness, receipt time and courier.
Record the result from any indicator or logger, its device ID and check method under the intake procedure. Link the record to the product and lot.
If a discrepancy is suspected, segregate the product, notify the responsible quality person and document the decision. Product information and authorised assessment determine whether it may be used or sold.
