A trade-in credit for old containers cannot be inferred from a generic resale value. Clarify in the written offer which model, quantity and condition the seller will accept.

Separate the offer lines

Request separate amounts for new equipment, credit per old container, transport and processing. Add the offer validity period and the conditions that make the credit final to your comparison sheet.

Document what will be handed over

Record container IDs, exterior condition, lids, shelves and accessories in a photo inventory. Obtain the seller's acceptance and rejection criteria in writing before handover; do not use insulation performance or resale value to justify price unless verified.

Compare net trade-in value with direct sale and disposal on the same handover scope. Complete inventory removal, ownership transfer and accounting records with the responsible staff.
