Confirm site conditions
Get vehicle access time, route, stock area, shade, power and load-out conditions from the organiser before the event.
Open a receipt record
Record product, lot, quantity, arrival time, measurement and the person handing over and receiving. Link logger data to the shipment if used.
Track stock and stand transfers
Record storage location, custodian and time product moves to a stand. Track which stock point supplies each replenishment.
Delay or measurement deviation. Notify the contact named in the product procedure; leave acceptance and use decisions to the authorised lead. Record action and follow-up result.
At event close
Record unsold quantity, final measurement, return time and next custodian. Decide on return or other disposition under the current operating procedure, not a guess.
