Power, crowding and delivery schedules can change at an exhibition stand. A chilled-product plan must account for both product instructions and the venue's actual facilities.

Confirm power in advance. Get the connection capacity, use conditions and outage notification method from the organizer in writing. Match appliance requirements with the responsible technical team.

Product and measurement plan. Confirm labelled storage conditions and required measurement method with the product owner. Set sensor location, device ID and record times.

Record sample flow. Record main-stock arrival, display start, tray refreshes and the responsible person. Open only the quantity allocated for display.

Power interruption scenario

Write down who decides, how stock moves to backup capacity and when sample service stops. Do not treat a generic holding time as safe.

Plan the return too. Set post-event product assessment and return transport according to product instructions. Do not automatically return product with missing records or uncertain conditions to sale stock.

Event file

Link power interruptions, measurements, actions, sample disposal or return decisions to the lot. That gives the next event a real basis for capacity and backup planning.
