Before collection, record product identity, source, packaging condition and available transport history; verify acceptance criteria with the recipient and authorized procedure. Separate accepted goods into a defined transport group. Do not combine uncertain or unsuitable goods with other loads; document the final decision and owner for traceability.

Donation intent alone cannot resolve unknown product source or condition.
