Supplier receipt alone does not show that goods reached a controlled destination inside the hotel.
Follow the flow with the product. If internal distribution is invisible, a unit may open at central receipt while goods wait in a corridor.

Operating record
Record destination, department owner and transfer for each unit; keep it closed where practical and define empty collection.
The entrance signature does not end internal logistics; keep records through the final controlled point.
