Complete records during the shift instead of waiting for inspection day. Each entry should show what was checked, the result, time, and responsible person; add the corrective action if a deviation occurred.

For refrigerated equipment, record the measurement point defined by the site's procedure, instrument, time, and result. If a value is outside the limit, hold the product under the approved process, notify the responsible person, and record the decision.

Compare cleaning and product-identification records with what is happening on site. Does the display product match its label and batch record? If cleaning is complete, are the time and person known? A record must not show a task as complete if it was not done.

Match the checklist to current official requirements for the business and products. Do not treat a generic online list of hygiene documents, label fields, or storage conditions as proof of a legal requirement.
