Request the applicable procedure for vehicle and container separation, shared use, cleaning/verification, lot traceability and staff records. Match the site instruction to those terms; do not present a different customer's or market's rule as a certificate condition.
Link certificate reference, lot, vehicle or container ID, cleaning and separation records in the shipment file. Name the record owner and deviation contact. In audits or sales statements, claim conformity only for activities explicitly covered by the document.
