The impact of frequent short excursions versus one long event cannot be determined from chart shape alone. Product, starting condition, exposure and manufacturer assessment data matter, so the report should show both event pattern and product identity.

Fields needed from trace to decision file. Record lot and product, excursion start and end, peak and recovery values, sensor location, recurrence count, and known door or power events. Mark data gaps, sensor changes or alarm interventions. A single maximum does not show event duration or sequence.

Refer product decisions to an authorised lead

If a deviation occurs, identify and hold the lot and send logger files and incident notes to the quality lead. Assessment should use product specifications, manufacturer stability information and the applicable site procedure. Do not assume a universal safe duration or temperature by product group.

Document acceptance, further review or disposal with its rationale. Compare recurring patterns with sensor placement, door use and process events, then update the control plan.
